Well I have been busy,   My dream has come true... partly.

Soon I will be introducing Zoom Meetings.  I hope!

But in the mean time, I managed to upload our November meeting to You Tube. Here's the link if you want to see what you missed.  The only way you can see it is to follow this link...

General Meeting November 2025

This, took me about 7 hours to do... (learning a new tool!)  Next time it won't be so time consuming but if you weren't there, this will be the closest thing to being there! Enjoy!  (You can fast forward through the parts where I was speaking if you want to!  LOL)

Sues Special Project

Here's a link to the first block in the Special project Sue announced at the meeting in November.  Send a comment below  if you have started your first block!

Christmas meeting Date

Our December meeting will be held on Dec 9th.  So you will have lots more time to put your "hands" to the grindstone and finish all your Christmas projects.

We did the secret Santa draw and can't wait to see who got our name

Our Guest speaker was Jacqueline Gaudreau  and I personally loved her talk and show of Quilts. These special guests always encourage me to go home and sew something!  Missed it? check out the link above for the link to the video on the meeting.

December Meeting
Please wait to arrive until after 6:30 PM. This will give the Executive and Colour Group volunteers time to complete the setup before everyone comes in. Thank you for your cooperation!

Special Projects

Sue will introduce block 2 or her special project. If you have completed block one, bring it along for show and tell.. I am excited to see what everyone has done.

Program

Sheila and Sunday have planned a special craft for us. Don't forget to bring a treat to share and if there are any leftovers I will bring a few baggies!  I don't bake
so I can't wait to see all the things you will bring.  (We will have tables, Sue!  don't you worry)

Gift exchange

Everyone will be getting their gifts from their secret Santa.

Colour Groups:

It is very important that every member has signed up for a chance to help at the guild meetings. —we really need your help! There is a lot more to do at the meetings now. We are responsible for the set up and take down of the tables and can use the help each meeting. See Anita to add your name to the list.

50/50

Don’t forget to bring money for the 50/50 draw! Proceeds help support our workshops by bringing in special teachers and instructors just for you.

Fat Quarters.

It's Christmas, I am hoping the colour will be red, but I forgot to ask...   Sheila just told me.... Christmas Prints!  (Anita will let us know for sure).

Stitch and Chat

Stitch and Chat and Embroidery Chat will be cancelled for December But we will be back at it January. But if you get lonely let me know and I'll jump on the link and we can visit, any time.  Don't forget to ask your friends. They may be snowed in as well.

This link will be good for the next 9 months so come and join us.  Not a member, we would love to see you.   It's a great time to sew, learn, and visit!

Let's be a welcoming guild:

Don’t forget to welcome our guests and new members at the meetings. If you haven’t met them yet, go say hello—you might make a new friend!
